So a break from wedding picture posts for a minute or two here. I spent this week in the Hot-lanta Georgia/Alabama area. The following pretty much summarizes my time in the south...
-giant insects (see above)
-deepfried food. Lots of deepfried food. Deepfried chicken, deepfried oakra, deepfried fish, deepfried crawdads, deepfried shrimp, deepfried sandwhich (monte cristo to be exact), and of course french fries. Man my heart hurts.
-unbelievibly hot and humid. (if you look closely at my shirt in the picture you'll notice i've sweated through the front of it and all i did was walk around outside for 15 minutes).
-lots of traffic and congestion (ok, this was really in atlanta only).
-catching catfish the catfish preacher way (you'd have to see the VHS video to understand)
-Waffle Houses on every corner. Sometimes even two on one corner.
-did i mention hot and humid?
I can't wait to go back!
