I don't understand why companies spend thousands and thousands of dollars on employee team building exercises when the don't really need to. Driving a truck full of employees miles and miles away from civilization (say somewhere in Texas) and then locking the driver's keys in the truck accomplishes the same thing and is very cost effective.
