If Hell exists I'm sure it looks a lot like this. Can anyone tell me why someone thought it was a good idea to insulate the attic with an inch or two of powder? I'm really sick of working in the attic.

Hey I just had a guy knock on my door telling me about this insulation rebate stuff...was it worth it? I need to ask Jim if there is already 7 inches up there. Hummmmm.

I haven't received the rebate check yet, but it should more than cover the cost.
Man cave, my thoughts exactly. I wanted to discuss this but I thought the topic was taboo. Now mentioned , my suggestion is to put a big hole in the ceiling , floor the attic(cave) over and store lots of stuff up there, put in a dormer and even make a room.
