No, that's a trout.
Is that the bait hanging out of his mouth? No wonder he catches fish. Reminds me of the "Uncle Josh" pork rind baits, but most of those had black spots to look like frogs and lizards>

I really shouldn't be fishing in the end of November. 
Especially when Chet out-fishes me. Let's hope some snow is in the forecast.
