Its that time of year again... oversize junk day. The fun thing is watching your pile get smaller before the truck even arrives! Recycling at it's best.

The chairs went so fast I didn't even have a chance to put the old cushions out before they were snapped up.

That vacuum cleaner is definitely a sweet find. Perhaps the old xmas tree will go next?

No luck on the xmas tree; however, the metal scrappers always do a fantastic job of cleaning up everything. Everything metal that is. And please don't ask what I was doing with a 55 gal barrel.

YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT OUT A BIKE WHEEL FOR THE GUY IN PINK
Environmental engineer types generally stockpile oily wastes in backyards!!
Yes, stockpiling for proper disposal and recycling/reuse (of course). This ensures the oily wastes will not reach the nearest waterway leading to Wyoming. tee hee.
What were you doing with a 55 gallon drum? (I couldn't resist).
Since you asked...the drum was left over from the previous owner. It was full of glass canning jars. Probably has something to do with the second coming and all. I still have 5 gallon containers of rice and soap if you're interested?
